Should something prevent you from setting off for your holiday and you have to cancel it, the terms of the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.

If you cancel your reservation three months to one month before arrival, we charge 40%, within one month to one week before arrival 70%, or if you cancel in the last week before arrival 90% of the booked package. In the event of a cancellation on the day of arrival or an early departure, we will charge 100% of the booked arrangement.

We therefore recommend that you take out cancellation insurance. You can take this out easily and simply from Europäische Reiseversicherung - ERV - www.europaeische.at or www.europaeische.de.
